THE CHRISTMAS TREE THIEF: A Heartwarming Children’s Christmas Story About Forgiveness, Friendship, and the True Meaning of Christmas

When the class bully steals Christmas . . . grace steals the show. At Redwood Elementary, everyone’s excited for the annual Christmas Tree Decorating Contest—everyone except Max Grindle, the class troublemaker. But when the class’s handmade manger ornaments start disappearing, suspicion falls on Max. Determined to catch the thief, Emma and her friend Toby hide after school for a stakeout—and discover a secret that changes everything. Max isn’t mean because he hates Christmas . . . he’s hurting because his family has nothing to celebrate. With humor, heart, and a beautiful gospel message, The Christmas Tree Thief reminds readers that Christmas isn’t about lights or presents, but the greatest gift of all—God’s love through His Son, Jesus. Perfect for:
