Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Dandelion Roots. We're committed to making sure every homeschool family has a positive experience with us.

Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened seed packets (Vegetable, Fruit, and Flower Seeds)
• Eggs, live animals, and other live or perishable goods (including but not limited to poultry, bees, and aquatic life)
• Downloadable or printable products
• Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dandelionrootsshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Because we work with multiple suppliers, return instructions may vary by item — we'll provide specific guidance once your request is reviewed.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@dandelionrootsshop.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right.
