SUNLU AMS Heater is designed exclusively for the Bambu Lab AMS. It is also a filament dryer box for the Bambu Lab AMS. SUNLU AMS Heater enables simultaneous printing and drying—eliminating the need for pre-print dehydration. It features a transparent viewing window for real-time monitoring. Simply install the heater to turn your AMS into an active drying hub that fights humidity, keeping PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, PA, nylon, and other filaments perfectly dry and print-ready. The AMS heater is equipped with high-efficiency PTC heating technology, the unit reaches 70°C in just 20 minutes. Its dual-airflow design ensures even heat distribution, preventing localized overheating and reducing the risk of thermal deformation. This system effectively removes moisture without damaging your AMS or warping filament spools. The SUNLU AMS Heater is fully compatible with the Bambu Lab Automatic Material System (AMS). It works with AMS sealing strips and moisture preservation features, and supports 16-color stacked printing. Installation takes just two minutes with a simple three-step process—no extra space required. Note: This product is optimized for the Bambu Lab AMS (1st gen) and is not compatible with other brands’ material systems. In Standard Humidity Mode, the heater runs for 6 hours by default and continues monitoring beyond that—activating when humidity exceeds 50% and shutting off at 20%. In rH Mode, it turns off automatically after the set duration. Both modes support customizable humidity settings (25%–50% rH) and remember your heating temperature preferences.The device includes real-time temperature monitoring and automatic shutdown in case of overheating (>10° above the set value), heating failure, or fan error.
